Innovid Corp was a privately held digital advertising technology company founded in 2007 by Zvika Netter and Tal Chalozin. The company's headquarters are in New York City, with additional offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Tel Aviv, Sydney, and Singapore. Innovid has raised over $100 million in funding and works with numerous Fortune 500 brands, including Unilever, Nestle, and Procter & Gamble.

Innovid offers an end-to-end digital video advertising platform that allows brands to deliver, measure, and optimize their video campaigns across a variety of platforms, including desktop, mobile, connected TV, and over-the-top devices. The company's platform supports all major video formats, including pre-roll, mid-roll, and post-roll ads, as well as interactive video and shoppable ads. Innovid also offers advanced targeting and personalization capabilities, including the ability to serve different ads to different viewers based on their demographics, location, and viewing behavior.

In addition to its core advertising platform, Innovid has developed several other products and services to help brands enhance their video campaigns. These include its creative platform, which allows brands to design and build interactive and shoppable video ads, and its measurement and analytics tools, which provide brands with insights into how their campaigns are performing and how they can improve them.

One of Innovid's key differentiators is its focus on data privacy and security. The company has implemented numerous measures to ensure that its platform is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other privacy regulations, including the ability for viewers to opt out of targeted advertising. Innovid also offers advanced security features, such as multi-factor authentication and data encryption, to protect brands' data from cyber threats.

In 2021, Innovid went public through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) called ION Acquisition Corp 2 Ltd. The deal valued Innovid at $1.3 billion and provided the company with additional capital to invest in its platform and expand its global footprint. It is now listed on the New York Stock Exchange with the symbol CTV
