TruGolf Holdings, Inc. is a sports technology company focused on indoor golf simulation hardware and software. Founded in 1983, the company develops technology designed to reproduce the experience of playing and practicing golf indoors, serving residential golfers, commercial facilities, golf professionals and entertainment businesses. TruGolf Holdings became a publicly traded company through a business combination in January 2024, when TruGolf became a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

The company's products span several levels of the golf-simulation market, from portable and home systems to professional, commercial and fully customized installations. Its hardware includes launch-monitor and tracking technology such as APOGEE, while its software portfolio includes E6 CONNECT and E6 APEX, which provide virtual courses, practice environments, multiplayer competition, leagues and detailed shot and swing analysis. For commercial customers, TruGolf also provides systems and software designed to help operate indoor golf businesses, including tools for managing players, leagues, events and simulator usage.

TruGolf's identity is closely tied to its long history in golf video-game and simulation technology. Its roots extend to Access Software and the development of the Links golf franchise; after Microsoft acquired Access Software in 1999, TruGolf retained members of the development team and continued building golf simulation technology. The company subsequently evolved from primarily creating golf software into a vertically integrated business combining simulation software, tracking hardware and complete simulator systems. That combination gives TruGolf control over much of the indoor-golf experience rather than limiting it to a single component of the technology stack.

TruGolf is also attempting to expand the concept beyond simply playing virtual golf. Its technology can support other sports and entertainment applications, including soccer, football, disc golf, foot golf and other games, potentially allowing simulator owners to use their equipment for more than one activity. The company's E6 platform also creates opportunities for online competition, esports, leagues, training and data-driven golf improvement, while its commercial systems position TruGolf to participate in the expanding indoor-golf entertainment industry.
