Titan America has its roots in the U.S. building materials business operated under Titan Cement International’s parent group. Its operations have historically been run via Titan America LLC and its subsidiaries, serving the Eastern U.S. with cement, concrete, aggregates, blocks, and related infrastructure materials. In 2024, a corporate reorganization took place: Titan America SA was incorporated in Belgium as a new holding entity in the context of a reorganization of Titan Cement International’s North American operations. The reorganization was structured so that Titan America LLC and its subsidiaries would be contributed into Titan America SA, making the latter the vehicle for the IPO and public listing in 2025.

Titan America is a vertically integrated heavy building materials producer and supplier. It offers cement and cementitious products, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, concrete blocks, and other ancillary concrete and masonry materials. Additionally, it maintains manufacturing and logistics assets including cement plants, aggregation quarries, concrete and block plants, rail and import terminals, and fly ash or supplementary cementitious material processing units. The company’s footprint is oriented toward the Eastern Seaboard and adjacent interior markets in the U.S., including states such as Florida, Virginia, the Carolinas, and the Mid-Atlantic region, where it positions itself as a regional materials provider.

Titan America aims to differentiate itself by combining scale, vertical integration, and regional focus. Its product breadth—from cement through aggregates and block—gives cross-product synergies and supply flexibility. The reorganization and IPO in 2025 gave it a distinct publicly traded identity (ticker TTAM) to tap capital markets independently while retaining a controlling interest by Titan Cement International. Also, Titan America emphasizes lower-carbon building materials (or materials that contribute to lower CO₂ emissions relative to older alternatives) and the use of waste streams or beneficial reuse in its operational narrative.
